1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The return is initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
• You have a valid purchase receipt or proof of order from Electronics Bangladesh.
• The product is not physically damaged, altered, or installed.

Products are not eligible for return if:

• Change of mind is not applicable
• They were purchased under a special offer, flash sale, or clearance sale (unless defective).
• They belong to non-returnable categories such as hygiene items, consumables, or digital goods.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

• Products must be securely packed in original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
